- Players taking part via Instagram will receive a message directly on their account asking them to validate their participation. Their personal information will also be requested.
- The criteria for selecting winners will be as follows: the digital quality of the photograph and its originality.
Participants will have the possibility of sharing their participation in the game on social networks (Facebook, Twitter) and they will be automatically selected to take part in a draw.
Uploaded photos will be subject to moderation by the the organisers within a maximum time limit of 72 hours, to avoid any inappropriate content.
At the end of the game 12 winners will be named in the following classifications:
- Named by a jury (1 prize)
A jury comprising members of the organising company will name the winning photograph based on the selection criteria set out above.
- Named by internet users (1 prize)
Photos published will be submitted for voting by internet users. To vote you need to go to the game site at https://www.iflyA380.com/photo-contest.html, where you must complete all of the fields requested and then vote directly for your favourite photograph. Only 1 vote per photograph and per person will be accepted throughout the period of the game. Purchasing or exchanging of votes will not be authorised. Where such behaviour is shown to exist, the participant involved will be automatically eliminated. To ensure fairness between all participants, the organisation may at any time during the game verify the capacity of voters to vote. In this respect it reserves the right to ask for proof of identity and/or address from voters whose vote appears suspicious. Votes which are fraudulent or for which no proof is provided will be cancelled. The photograph with the most votes from internet users will win a prize. Each voter will be automatically selected to participate in the draw.

10 winners will be named by draw, carried out by court bailiffs, from all of those voting.

Clause VII: Reimbursement of game costs
Given current offers of service and technology, some Internet providers offer free or fixed connection to internet users, it is expressly agreed that if the access to the site is on a free or fixed basis (as with connection by cable, ADSL or special link) then the participant will not qualify for reimbursement insofar as the subscription to the provider is entered into, in this case, by the internet user for the use of the Internet in general and the fact of the participant connecting to the site and participating in the game does not result any additional cost or disbursement to them.
Clause VIII: Connection and use
AIRBUS SAS will not be liable in the event of improper use or a problem related to use of a computer, access to Internet, maintenance or malfunction of game servers, telephone lines or any other digital connection and game Forms sent to a wrong or incomplete address.
Article IX: Disputes and liability
This game is not hosted by the Internet sites Facebook or Twitter Inc, nor by the Instagram application. Each Participant shall however comply with their conditions of use. The Participant acknowledges moreover that they have been informed of the general conditions of use and the confidentiality policy of Internet Sites Facebook and Twitter Inc and the Instagram application, which can be consulted directly on their sites. The Facebook registered office is situated at: 1601 S. California Ave., Palo Alto, CA 94304, that of Twitter Inc. at : 1355 Market Street, Suite 900 San Francisco, CA 94103, and that of Instagram at: 1601 Willow Road., Menlo Park, CA 94025. AIRBUS SAS will not be liable for either the content or use of Facebook and Twitter Inc sites nor for the Instagram application. In the same way, the participant discharges it from all liability as to the organisation of this game and declares that they have full knowledge that Facebook, Twitter Inc and Instagram are neither its managers nor sponsors. In this respect written discharge may be requested atany time during the game. Personal data collected during the Game is for AIRBUS SAS.
Clause X: Personal data
All information requested on the registration form is obligatory to participate in the Game. Participants may make objections for legitimate reasons to the collection of personal data. In this case, the Organiser cannot include their entry.
Protection of private life in terms of processing personal data is an important issue that we address with special attention during our procedures, which is why the Organiser protects and ensures the security of Participants’ personal information. In this context and pursuant to Group Policy (CDS-118) for the protection of personal information, Airbus takes all appropriate precautions in conformity with European regulations relating to the protection of personal data which ensures a suitable level of protection for the supervision of international data transfer under restrictive rules (BCR or Binding Corporate Rules), approved by the European Union authorities for the national protection of data and by standard contractual provisions adopted by the European Commission.
This information is provided to the Organiser and may be transferred to its technical staff and to any service provider carrying out the dispatch of prizes.
Where, in registering for the Game, the Participant has agreed, by ticking the related box, to receive marketing emails, the Organiser and related companies using the Airbus trademark may contact the Participant periodically and send them information, offers, products and services by email that might be of interest to them. For direct marketing purposes, Participants' personal information (first name and surname, email address) will be collected and provided to other organisations which supply the Organiser with specialist services of data linking, trend analysis and marketing. The Organiser may also use targeted marketing, with data matching and with online audiences, and market segmentation to improve the relevance of advertising.
Participants may request that their names are deleted from the Organiser's records. It will be deemed that Participants requesting that their names be deleted from files before the end of the Game have waived their participation.
Participants also have a right to access, correct and update their personal information at the time that it is processed.
Participants may also oppose processing of their personal information for marketing purposes, without cost.
