Flying in First Class is always a treat, from the minute you arrive at your exclusive lounge to the moment you depart the plane.
But as well as enjoying a comfy seat and complimentary champagne, it’s fun to be able to take something away with you to remember the journey by Most airlines now offer impressive amenity kits to help make your journey feel as luxurious as possible – and they usually include some great products which you can use at home too – or keep for your next trip. Here are some of our favorites

Emirates First Class and Business Class passengers receive Bvlgari amenity bags, which come in eight different faux-leather designs in First Class and eight more (four for men, four for women) in Business Class.
They are refreshed every nine months so that frequent travelers have something new to look forward to.
First Class passengers also enjoy allergen-free toiletries exclusively created for the airline by BYREDO, Hydra Active moisturising sleep suits and Bowers & Wilkins Noise Cancelling E1 headphones. TV director Alex Cooper, who recently flew with Emirates to Bangkok said: ‘The pyjamas were really comfy and I still wear them for relaxing around the house at home sometimes.’

Martin Grant Pyjamas on Qantas
Designed by Melbourne-born, Paris-based fashion designer Martin Grant, the 100% cotton unisex pyjamas are navy colored, inspired by Qantas’ uniform, while the matching slippers feature a flash of Qantas red.
Frequent Business Class traveler Arthur Fox said: ‘What I love about the amenity kits in Business Class (and even in First when I have the chance to fly it) is not just the little luxuries themselves, but also the anticipation of what I might find.
The Qantas pyjamas is a real bonus when traveling long-haul from Australia to the UK when I want to catch up on some sleep. As well as being really comfy, with a wide neckline and trousers which don’t crawl up your leg, they’re also more flattering to wear than you would expect!’
The on-board amenity kit features come in male and female varieties and feature ASPAR hand cream, moisturiser and lip balm from Australian company Aurora Spa.
La Prairie with Lufthansa
First Class passengers with Lufthansa receive Windsor bags in his and hers versions – the ladies’ white bag has a detachable carry strap and could be used as a small handbag, while the male version is more like a typical sponge bag.
Both versions come with La Prairie toiletries. Business Class amenity pencil case-style bags come in three designs with L’Occitane toiletries.
Passengers in both Qatar Airways First and Business Class flying long-haul receive cute Bric’s mini-suitcase available in four colors, with a hard shell and Tuscan leather trim. The products inside are by Italy’s environmentally-friendly olive oil company Castello Monte Vibiano Vecchio and include lip balm, facial mist and facial moisturiser in both classes, with the addition of Night Recovery Cream for First Class passengers.
Medium-haul travelers receive amenity kits developed by artisan brand Nappa Dori containing socks, eye shades and lip balm from Castello Monte Vibiano Vecchio.
Sports and travel journalist Claire Louise Bloomfield said: ‘I love the Business Class amenity kits I’ve received from Qatar - vanity cases from Brics and cosmetics by Castello Monte Vibiano Vecchio with hydrating facial mist, anti-ageing moisturiser etc.
When you’re landing at your final destination after a 12-hour flight, those miniature treats help you ensure you feel refreshed and ready to tackle your assignment or meetings.
Salvatore Ferragamo with Singapore Airlines
Singapore Airlines First Class passengers receive Ferragamo amenity kits which come in both men’s and women’s versions. The women’s bag is a Salvatore Ferragamo clutch with a detachable leather strap, with a large bottle of perfume, lip balm and hand cream inside. The man’s version has similar contents but is more akin to a wash bag in appearance.
Catherine Lux of Lux Life London said: ‘I loved the Singapore Amenity kit as you get a full-sized bottle of perfume! As I did three legs in First Class, I got three bottles.I also found they didn’t include a lot of small bottles which I liked - it’s more eco-friendly to have them in the cupboards and toilets for those who want them. If you upgrade to an A380 suite, you’ll also enjoy a sit-down vanity counter with toiletries from EDT and Lalique!’
If you’re flying First or Business Class on the A380, you’ll have some lovely products to enjoy during your flight and take home with you, whichever airline you choose!
